Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ModScope. By installing or using ModScope within the Reddit platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use ModScope.

1. About ModScope

ModScope is a community analytics application built natively on Reddit's Devvit platform. It is developed and maintained by SeeTigerLearn. ModScope provides Reddit moderators with community health metrics, post engagement analysis, scheduling tools, and trend reporting directly within the Reddit mod interface. ModScope requires no external servers, third-party databases, or API keys outside of the Reddit ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

ModScope is intended solely for use by Reddit moderators and community administrators operating within communities they are authorized to moderate. By using ModScope, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You have the authority to install and configure applications within the Reddit community in which you are deploying ModScope.
Your use of ModScope complies with Reddit's Platform Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. License Grant

SeeTigerLearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ModScope solely within the Reddit platform for your authorized moderation activities. This license does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of ModScope.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ModScope only for lawful moderation purposes. You must not use ModScope to:

Collect, store, or process data about Reddit users outside of what is necessary for legitimate moderation activities.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with Reddit's platform security or rate limiting mechanisms.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ModScope beyond what is publicly available.
Use ModScope to harass, target, or discriminate against individual Reddit users.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Reddit Platform Compliance

ModScope operates entirely within the Reddit Devvit ecosystem and is subject to Reddit's Developer Platform Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. SeeTigerLearn is not responsible for changes to Reddit's platform, API policies, or Devvit runtime that may affect ModScope's functionality. Continued operation of ModScope is contingent on Reddit's platform remaining available and permitting the functionality ModScope relies upon.

6. Data and Storage

ModScope stores data exclusively within Reddit's native Redis storage layer provided by Devvit. SeeTigerLearn does not operate independent servers, cloud databases, or data warehouses in connection with ModScope. All data associated with your subreddit's ModScope installation resides within Reddit's infrastructure and is subject to Reddit's data retention and deletion policies. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MODSCOPE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SEETIGERLEARN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEETIGERLEARN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT MODSCOPE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEETIGERLEARN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MODSCOPE, EVEN IF SEETIGERLEARN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SEETIGERLEARN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeeTigerLearn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of ModScope, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Modifications to the Terms

SeeTigerLearn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available within the ModScope application or on SeeTigerLearn's official documentation. Continued use of ModScope after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

SeeTigerLearn may suspend or terminate your access to ModScope at any time, without notice, for conduct that SeeTigerLearn determines violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, SeeTigerLearn, Reddit, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use ModScope ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arkansas
